This event is sponsored by the Candidate Committee to Elect Carl Yonge for Sheriff of Bladen County. All vendor fees and proceeds will be used to support the campaign. By signing the vendor agreement, you acknowledge that the vendor fee is considered a donation to the campaign and is non-refundable.

Agreement: Upon acceptance as a vendor, no refunds will be issued, unless the fest is cancelled by the Candidate Committee for safety or other reasons outside our control. The Christmas Vendor Fest will operate as a moderate rain or overcast festival. In the event of a declined application, a full refund of vendor fees will be issued. The Candidate Committee reserves the right to decline any application upon review. Vendors agree, as a condition of acceptance to remain in the vendor area until 8 pm for the safety and convenience of festival goers and other vendors.

I understand by signing this application, I am discharging The Candidate Committee and any of its members and its entities, from all claims, damages and/or loss. Including, but not limited to, property damage, intentional or accidental. I agree to abide by the rules established by the Candidate Committee. Vendors not in compliance are subject to removal with no refund of fee. I hereby agree to the above and give permission for photos or descriptions of vending displays to be used for promotional purposes.
